Serban has strong business experience in both the US and Romania. He is a professionally trained coach, and is acting President of the In-ternational Coach Federation in Romania. He is a partner for Marshall Goldsmith Partners CEE, the world's leading international firm of leader-ship coaches in implementation of executive pro-jects in the Balkans area.

Serban Chinole's expertise is in the field of leadership and corporate affairs, which are the themes on which he coaches executives, managers and teams. He specializes in preparing leaders for taking on new positions and also achieving excel-lence in their existing one.
Serban started his sales career in United States, back in 1991 where he has been part of industrial sales distributor called Buckeye Industrial Supply, based in Columbus Ohio, for almost 3 years. In 1994 he participated in the launch operations and positioning on the market of three market lead-ers: Procter & Gamble, Johnson Wax and Chem-search, as a Sales Manager.

Having returned to Romania, from September 2001 has opened his consultancy and coaching practice IConsultants delivering solutions for:

-Sales performance with consultative ap-proach
-Assessment, training implementation and coaching
-Management structures development
-Sales strategy & business planning
-Team building
-Leadership by objectives

From 2003 Serban implemented projects re-lated to sales performance in banking, B2B and telecom. As a facilitator and consultant Serban worked with Raiffeisen, Piraeus, BCR Asigurari, RTC Holding, Mobifon, Telemobil.

Starting with 2005 IConsultants implemented Sales Academy with Goodyear, having exceptional success, program which continues. A learning point related to people change, made Serban wonder if training and consultancy programs were really effective in making business people move in a certain direction. His favorite quote is explanatory in this sense: Albert Einstein once said that our "problems cannot be solved by the same level of thinking with which we created them."

In 2005 Serban decided to work on his coach-ing skills and knowledge and hired as Mentor Steve Mitten, at that time ICF President worldwide. In parallel with his training program with CTI he worked in 3 major coaching projects in 2006, deal-ing with top executives from company's market leaders in their segment (beer, bakery suppliers and office solutions).
