Advanced Management Program in Media and Entertainment (Media AMP)

Program Overview

The Advanced Management Program in Media and Entertainment (Media AMP),a first of its kind in the industry, is designed to prepare seasoned executives to lead their media and entertainment businesses into a successful future. The program prepares experienced executives for their next big assignments by providing them with the business skills they will need to run successful enterprises and quickly react to any disruptive technologies and competitive challenges that may emerge.
 
Executives who participate in this program typically have titles like CEO, COO, President, Senior VP, Managing Director, Director General and General Manager.  They represent media and entertainment companies from all over the world.
 
The Media AMP provides senior-level networking opportunities, access to top industry leaders, and the opportunity to expand your knowledge on critical business issues with minimum disruption from your professional and personal commitments.
 
The program is presented by IESE Business School and The Paley Center for Media in cooperation and with the support of the UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Admissions Process

Applications are accepted throughout the year, but should be received at least two months prior to the program’s start date. Early application is encouraged. Late applications are considered if space is still available.
 
Applications are thoroughly reviewed by the program’s Admissions Committee. Due to
class size restraints and the program’s need to maintain a balanced mixture of backgrounds, it is possible that even highly qualified applicants may not be admitted.
 
Program Fee
The program fee of $39,000 includes tuition, reading and classroom materials, outside activities and most meals. Travel and accommodation expenses are not included.
 
Full payment is due upon notification of admission. Cancellations received within 30 days prior to the start of the program are subject to a 25 percent cancellation fee.
