Advanced Certificate in Energy
Energy is a key yet complex economic sector that arouses much public attention and passion.
Energy geopolitics (e.g. oil dependence, Russian gas sales to Europe, OPEC quotas, etc.), alternative sources (e.g. tar sands, shale gas, deep water finds), revival of nuclear energy, environmental considerations (e.g. Kyoto Protocol, climate change, carbon tax, more stringent energy economy standards, etc.) are but a few subjects that preoccupy energy sector leaders and senior managers today.
