The Corporate Finance offering consists of three modules; Accounting and Financial Analysis; Valuation; and Funding, Risk and Restructuring. Each is available in an evening or one-week format, so you can choose the option that best suits your schedule or learning style. A fourth programme, Advanced Corporate Finance is available in the one-week format.

Evening or one-week format
The Accounting and Financial Analysis; Valuation; and Funding, Risk and Restructuring modules are offered in evening and one-week formats, so you can choose the option that best suits your schedule or learning style. Although the curriculum and faculty are the same across both formats, there are differences in the way that each is taught. Advanced Corporate Finance is an intensive programme offered in the one-week format.
The evening format offers the flexibility to study without taking time out of the office. The programmes are held on campus and are commutable for those in and around London. Classes are held every Wednesday across a 10-week term. Every second Thursday an optional tutorial gives participants an opportunity to practise and apply their learning.
Prior to the start of each lecture there is a class dinner to allow participants the opportunity to network with their classmates.

The one-week format is ideal for international and UK-based participants who can commit to a week-long schedule. Each programme is intensive and engaging with numerous opportunities for group work and networking. The programmes start at 08:30 on the Monday and conclude at 17:00 on the Friday. The days are full and include evening case study and group work to provide full immersion in the topics taught and to maximise your learning within the timeframe.

Flexible learning options
As each module builds upon previous learning, it's recommended that they're taken in sequence beginning with Accounting and Financial Analysis. It is also possible to take individual modules out of sequence and this may be convenient for people with existing knowledge or experience of the topics covered in the previous modules.

The Advanced Corporate Finance programme is only suitable for finance professionals with at least eight years of relevant industry experience, or people that have completed the first three Corporate Finance modules.

SII: Grants 43.5 credit hours for each programme on the one-week format or 32.5 credit hours for each programme on the evening format.
