Today’s leaders of faith based institutions are not only expected to inspire and transform their congregations, but they are also responsible for both the management of the organization and successfully leading teams of staff and volunteers. In this new residential program, designed specifically for leaders of faith based institutions, participants will have the opportunity to learn leadership and management skills while applying the learning objectives directly to the challenges they face.
Combining the rigor of academic faculty with the expertise of faith based practitioners, this four-day executive education program will provide leaders with cutting edge theory in leadership, strategy, and team building along with key lessons in managing conflict, understanding congregational culture, and navigating the multiple roles of the faith based leader. This unique educational experience provides an opportunity for leaders of faith based institutions to network with each other as well as to learn from leading experts in management.
